2006 Dodge Viper

The 2006 Dodge Viper is the fastest production sports car offered by Chrysler and ranks as one of the fastest of all-time. The 2006 model has an upgraded engine from the previous generation which weighs in at a whopping 8.3L in a V-10 configuration that provides 500HP and 525FTLB of torque at the crankshaft.

Power is routed to the rear-wheels via the 6-speed manual transmission that rockets the driver to 60MPH in under 4 seconds and all the way to 100MPH in just 8.3 seconds from a stand-still. Quarter-mile times have been posted at 11.7 seconds with a speed of 123MPH. The 2006 Dodge Viper can achieve a top-speed of 195MPH and go from 100mph to 0mph in as little as 274 feet.

The 2006 Dodge Viper is the final production of this generation and sets up the field for the future generation Viper’s to rein supreme over the competition.
